The Business Analyst – User Training Support provides support to the program’s Lead Trainer / Instructional Designer to enable effective user training, operational readiness, and adoption of a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software solution for a U.S. Government customer. This role serves as the functional and system-level bridge between the software delivery team and training activities, ensuring that configured system behavior, workflows, and business rules are accurately reflected in training materials.
As availability allows, the individual will also perform traditional Business Analyst and systems integration functions in support of the broader software delivery effort.
The ideal candidate is a user-focused analyst who can translate technical system functionality into clear, role-based training inputs, while also flexibly supporting requirement clarification and functional analysis when needed.
