Business Analyst UAT / Testing
POSITION LOCATION: 100% Remote Must be located in PST ONLY

SCHEDULE: 9 AM 6 PM or 10 AM 7 PM PST 10-7

Pay Range: $45 to 50/hr. on W2 ONLY

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 12 Months Contract to Hire role

FUNCTION OF THE GROUP: We support retail lending platform delivery and is a team of business analysts that mainly focus on user acceptance testing and production validation, a lot of testing.

INITIATIVES/PROJECTS: These contractors will be coming in to assist with our personal loans replatform. They ss be doing auto redesign. Upgrading the decision structure as well conversion work. This team will be responsible for creating and executing UAT and BE2E test scenarios, validating end to end business workflows, and maintaining traceability to requirements and controls to support audit and compliance needs.

ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in daily stand up and assigned tasks or test scripts,
Gather JIRA pulls and write author test scrips.
Execution and reporting back to team lead at end of the data.
These resources will work closely with the East Coast team during defined overlap windows for coordination, defect triage, and handoffs, and will continue executing test scenarios and retesting defects after normal East Coast business hours.
Success will be measured using clearly defined metrics, including reduced UAT cycle time, defect trends and escape rates, stakeholder satisfaction, and improved post deployment stability and operational support outcomes.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (1-3 Years of Experience Required):
Will be trained on the systems that they re going to be testing as they are brand new testing systems in Client.

FLEX SKILLS:
1. JIRA, 2. Client Office, Outlook, 3. Automation

EDUCATION: Bachelor s Degree or open to at least 1-3 years experience.
