**Remote with 1 Week/month Onsite & Travel monthly once as per the project needs**

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with experience in business analysis, requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery across enterprise IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring business requirements are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into effective technology solutions.

Experience in Tolling Systems/Transportation Technology is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, business processes, and operational challenges.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRDs), user stories, process flows, use cases, and data mappings.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Development, QA, and Project Management teams throughout the SDLC.
• Support Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Assist in defining acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage requirement traceability and ensure alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.
• Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making and business transformation initiatives.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and impacts to business processes.
• Provide post-implementation support and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as an IT Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, and process maps.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Tolling Systems, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Electronic Toll Collection (ETC), Road User Charging, or Transportation Technology domains.
• Experience with payment processing, transaction management, customer account management, or revenue collection systems.
• Knowledge of system integration, APIs, and data exchange frameworks.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, AAC, or equivalent are preferred.
