Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive business initiatives by analyzing requirements, optimizing processes, and delivering data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, business units, and technical teams to translate business needs into functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and define clear business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment and clarity of project goals.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, interpret, and visualize data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Solution Design: Work with developers, architects, and product teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into functional solutions.
- Agile & Waterfall Methodologies: Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming while also being comfortable with traditional project management frameworks.
- Risk Management: Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity during project execution.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and regulatory compliance documentation.
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT, Finance, Healthcare, or ERP systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or BPMN tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
Preferred Qualifications:- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA Certification.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or cloud-based business applications.
- Working knowledge of API integrations and data migration projects.
- Experience in leading and mentoring junior business analysts.
