The Business Analyst V will collaborate with Digital Technology, business stakeholders, and external partners to analyze customer processes and requirements, assess application data dependencies, and prepare detailed project documentation.
Assists in business process redesign and maintains effective communication within the team and with customers to foster a collaborative environment.
Primary responsibilities include consulting on multiple complex software projects as a senior analyst, independently documenting requirements such as user stories, workflow models, and process maps.
Facilitates issue resolution, leads meetings with technology and business leaders to prioritize requirements, and supports developing and validating user acceptance criteria.
Coordinates testing and deployment activities, prepares cost/benefit analyses, and serves as a knowledge leader in business principles, especially related to Crew Bidding and Awarding processes.
