Business Analyst

Responsibilities: of the Business Analyst: Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to uncover business objectives, analyze challenges, and define clear functional requirements. Lead workshops, meetings, and discovery sessions to align priorities and drive consensus among cross-functional teams. Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and documentation that support development and testing efforts. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring requirements are accurately understood and implemented. Promote continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to business analysis practices, processes, and documentation standards. Qualifications: of the Business Analyst: 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within regulated industries, preferably pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research environments. Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, requirements management, traceability practices, and project lifecycle frameworks. Experience supporting clinical development initiatives and familiarity with clinical trial processes across multiple study phases. Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
