Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: DC WASHINGTON
Years of Experience: 7 10 Years
Scope of work
Work with the Product Owner, Business, Other integrating applications to define and articulate requirements in Documents, Epics, Features, Stories.
Help Product Owner in refining the requirements and prioritizing the backlogged user stories
Prepare presentations for both technical and non-technical audience.
Help Product Owner in the Pre-PI Planning Process and during the PI Planning
Perform testing and analyze logs and other relevant metrics for more insights into relevancy and user behavior
Assist in Integration Testing and UAT.
Conduct JAD sessions to brainstorm.
Participate in SCRUM meetings and playing /played role of scrum master.
Coordination with onsite and offshore team
Perform timely resolution of issues and root cause analysis of each issue
Proactively manage your own work queue, time, and expectations, meet deadlines, and communicate needs and tradeoffs if your schedule is in jeopardy
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent with relevant experience.
10+ years of Experience in Business Analysis with knowledge in Banking Domain with ability to write precise user stories.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to articulate to all project members and stakeholders.
Team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources and is a bridge between the business stakeholders and technical team.
Must be organized and good at managing deliverables, meeting notes, presentations, and other documentation/communications
Good Analytical Skills, Critical thinking, data analysis, research
communication
Solid problem-solving abilities
Ability to articulate issues and recommend solutions
Ability to deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Good understanding of the Agile and scaled agile methodologies
