Business Analyst

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support Source-to-Pay transformation initiatives by translating business objectives into scalable technology solutions. This role will partner with stakeholders, product teams, and end users to optimize procurement, sourcing, and payment processes through requirements gathering, process analysis, Agile delivery, and solution validation.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of business analyst experience in Procurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P), Supply Chain, or related domains.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement lifecycle processes including sourcing, purchasing, and accounts payable.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Expertise in creating user stories, process workflows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in sprint ceremonies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and process-mapping tools.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting UAT, backlog management, and requirements traceability.

Preferred

• Experience with platforms including SAP Ariba, or similar procurement solutions.
• Background in transformation, process improvement, or digital procurement initiatives.
• Solid understanding of Scrum roles, frameworks, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience identifying business process gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Familiarity with supplier management and procurement operations.

This is a 6-month hybrid Contract-for-Hire opportunity with our MN client.
