Job Title: Business Analyst / QA Analyst – Email Migration

Location: Remote


Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst / QA Analyst to support an enterprise-level email migration and upgrade initiative. This role combines business analysis, quality assurance, and end-user support to ensure a smooth, well-documented, and user-friendly migration experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
  • Support QA activities including test planning, validation, and UAT
  • Assist with migration readiness, data validation, and issue tracking
  • Provide end-user support during pre- and post-migration phases
  • Guide users on setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Create documentation such as user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
  • Track and report issues, risks, and support metrics
  • Coordinate with technical teams for escalation and resolution

Must-Have Skills

  • Experience in Business Analysis and/or QA roles
  • Strong customer support or end-user support experience
  • Knowledge of email systems (Microsoft 365 / Outlook preferred)
  • Experience with UAT, defect tracking, and testing processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in email migration or system upgrade projects
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of enterprise IT environments
