Job Description
- 10+ years of Business Analyst experience in P&C / commercial insurance.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Insurity Marine Suite (IMS) – must be recent (within last 2–3 years).
- Strong domain knowledge of marine cargo insurance lifecycle (policies, declarations, certificates, billing, claims).
- Experience with Client platforms (Insurity preferred; Guidewire/Duck Creek/Majesco as secondary).
- Strong experience in Agile delivery, Jira/Confluence, and requirements management.
- Solid with experience in UAT and data validation
- Experience in marine/logistics integrations (TMS, APIs).
- Exposure to global/multicurrency programs and compliance workflows.
- Prior experience in client-facing consulting engagements.
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Analytical, detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
