Job Title: BUSINESS ANALYST with Jira and Integration skills

Location: Onsite completely Juno Beach / Palm Beach Gardens FL

Salary - 110K Subcon rate - $55 -60 /hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges.
• Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements using interviews, workshops, and use case analysis.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with developers, QA, and product managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and solution validation.
• Create process models, data flow diagrams, and workflow charts as needed.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders clearly and regularly.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in energy, utilities, or tech-driven industries.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirement elicitation, and documentation techniques.
• Proficient with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the energy/utility's domain or with renewable energy projects.
• Knowledge of SQL, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance in the energy sector.
• Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, etc.) are a plus.
