Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) or Manhattan WMS experience to gather and analyze business requirements, support WMS implementations and enhancements, and work closely with warehouse operations, business users, IT teams, vendors, and external systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements for Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM).
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, process flows, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business users, warehouse operations, IT teams, and stakeholders on WMS enhancements and implementations.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and support migration from legacy WMS to Manhattan Active WMS.
• Develop and execute test cases and support SIT/UAT.
• Validate solutions against business and functional requirements.
• Coordinate integrations with ERP, TMS, conveyor systems, and warehouse automation.
• Troubleshoot and support production issues.
• Support user training, go-live, hypercare, and post-production activities.
• Participate in Agile/Sprint development and implementation activities.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) or Manhattan WMS.

• Strong understanding of warehouse processes:

• Receiving

• Inventory management

• Picking

• Packing

• Shipping

• Strong experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.

• Requirements documentation and process mapping experience.

• Strong test case writing and execution experience.

• Knowledge of WMS integrations with ERP, TMS, and warehouse automation systems.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with Agile methodology and Sprints.

• Experience with cloud-based applications.

Additional / Preferred Skills

• WMS migration experience.
• Warehouse transformation experience.
• Supply Chain / Logistics domain experience.
• Approximately 6-8+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
• Around 10 years of overall Business Analyst experience preferred.
• Experience working in small-company environments.
• Experience implementing or supporting AI/NLP/LLM models.
• Familiarity with Databricks or a similar data/AI platform.
• Strong project-management capabilities.
