Responsibilities include documenting requirements, use cases, and test cases, performing testing to minimize defects, and providing status reports.
They will assist in user training and ensure customer expectations are met.
Required experience includes a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years as a Business Analyst, strong communication skills, and expertise in BPMN, requirements documentation, and testing methodologies.
Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees, experience with J2EE projects, certification in business analysis, and familiarity with tools like MS-Project, MS-Visio, and LoadRunner.
