Introduction

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team for a 6-month duration. This role will be instrumental in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements across the end-to-end trade lifecycle. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to define solutions and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Capital Markets and Financial Services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting
• Experience in system design discussions using Java-based applications/APIs
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in conducting gap analysis and recommending process improvements
• Experience in preparing detailed documentation including BRD/FRD, workflows, and release notes
• Experience in coordinating SIT/UAT activities, preparing test cases, and validating business scenarios

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across the trade lifecycle
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, traders, operations, and IT teams
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and data mappings
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring timely resolution
