Position Overview: VersaTech is seeking a detail-oriented Business and Data Analyst to join our team in Savage, MD. The successful candidate will collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, build reports and dashboards that support business decision-making, and help identify opportunities for process improvement. This role also supports the development of AI-driven analytical solutions and requires close attention to the accuracy, integrity, and security of the data used for analysis and reporting. Salary: $112,000 to $115,000 depending on experience. Discretionary annual bonus based on performance. Work Environment: This position is based at VersaTech's Savage, MD office, with remote work permitted. Standard hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities:
