Business And Financial Operations Specialist

H2 Performance Consulting (H2), a high-growth technology firm, is seeking a Business and Financial Operations Specialist to support a U.S. government client. This team member will support coordinating customer requests, meetings, minutes, action items, and recurring financial-service reporting. This is an onsite position supporting a government client. The position requires U.S. citizenship at the time of application. This position is contingent upon contract award, final staffing requirements, security eligibility, certification requirements, and customer approval, where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support SLA updates, FS-7600A/7600B routing, and FYE queue tracking.
• Support CBM/CMM data collection, workload-driver validation, financial analyses, and cost-model documentation in coordination with the team.
• Maintain SharePoint sites/repositories, NARA-aligned document and records plans, SOPs, process desk guides, and user materials.
• Support process improvement, project/risk/communication plans, EVM reporting, training, requirements and user cases, JIRA configuration records, and Federal change/release coordination.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related area.
• 3+ years of operations experience.
• Experience with ABC modeling, FASS analytics, and Federal change/release management.
• Direct experience working on DHS, ICE, or other Federal civilian agency contracts.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in related area.
• Experience with financial and customer operations.
• SQL, PowerBI, Tableau experience.
