We’re looking to hire a hard-working cleaner who can maintain the cleanliness and safety of all of assigned jobs commercial and residential. You’ll be responsible for all cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms, toilets, showers, floors, appliances and other job duties related to cleaning. In addition to maintenance tasks such as emptying trash cans and replacing liners you will also be responsible for following check list and reporting all issues to manager. Working as a team and being a team player is a must. Each vehicle operates with a manager and 2 to 3 employees at a time and must be able to complete all tasked assigned for the day and be able to follow directions from manager. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in a job well done.

Hours (Part-Time)
All shifts start at 9am at the first job and will work until 2:30pm-4pm or until work is completed.
All employees will meet at office and then ride together to first job in company vehicle.
 


Responsibilities 

• Complete all cleaning duties assigned in homes and commercial buildings.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, dust blinds and empty trash cans daily
• Clean windows, window ledges, full bathroom cleaning, kitchen area and appliances. 
• Must be able to adapt to the area around you as every job can be a little different 
• Jobs change from day to day so being able to clean commercial or residential is a must
• Report any broken fixtures, blinds , holes in walls or other issues related to the property to manager

 


Qualifications

• Some experience in janitorial / cleaning services 
• Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
• Excellent stamina and physical health
• Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
• Must be able to work in a group and around other people present
