Requirements: Business Analyst Prin
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing or relevant equivalent field
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communications.
- Familiar with business process modeling techniques and have hands-on experience with process improvement projects.
- Proven work experience as a Business Process Engineer or similar role
- Experience with business process mapping and modeling
- Knowledge of business process management principles and best practices
- Process gap identification and process flow optimization recommendation experience
- Proven experience mapping process to roles and responsibilities to tools to data flow
- Experience using digitalization mapping tools such as Prime BPM
- Experience leading Kaizen events
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Key Responsibilities: Business Analyst Prin
- Map business processes both within and across multiple cross functional departments including engineering, finance, manufacturing and supply chain.
- Creating process maps and flowcharts to help visualize and understand the process including activities, roles and responsibilities, data and tool/software usage.
- Collaborating with various business units, stakeholders, and team members to gather process information and requirements
- Assessing existing business processes and drive process improvements by identifying areas for waste, redundancy or lack of clarification.
- Designing efficient and effective business processes that meet the business needs and objectives
- Assist in the successful deployment of the process changes to the business including communication, training and after deployment feedback.
- Training and guiding staff members on new processes and procedures
- Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of new processes and making adjustments as necessary
- Maintain process models in a configuration control environment.
- Act as a subject matter expert in helping to move business from a digital process environment to digitalizing all of business processes together within a enterprise-wide integrated state.
- Ensuring all business processes comply with industry regulations and standards
- Experience with structured problem-solving techniques
- Knowledge of technical requirements and systems relevant to Combat Vehicles
- Knowledge of metrics related to Agile and use of them to report back to team members at all levels
- 1+ years of Scrum/Agile management
- In-depth knowledge of Engineering and/or manufacturing environments
- Experience with project management
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Masters Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing or relevant equivalent field)
