Pay Rate:  $52.25/Hr.

Travel:  10%
*Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Requirements:
  Business Analyst Prin
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing or relevant equivalent field
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent oral and written communications.
  • Familiar with business process modeling techniques and have hands-on experience with process improvement projects.
  • Proven work experience as a Business Process Engineer or similar role
  • Experience with business process mapping and modeling
  • Knowledge of business process management principles and best practices
  • Process gap identification and process flow optimization recommendation experience
  • Proven experience mapping process to roles and responsibilities to tools to data flow
  • Experience using digitalization mapping tools such as Prime BPM
  • Experience leading Kaizen events
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:  Business Analyst Prin The Business Process Mapping Engineer position aligns with clients' efforts to move to a Digital Enterprise by modeling the link between all business processes. The ideal candidate for a Process Mapping Engineer role should have a strong background in engineering, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. They should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:  Business Analyst Prin
  • Map business processes both within and across multiple cross functional departments including engineering, finance, manufacturing and supply chain.
  • Creating process maps and flowcharts to help visualize and understand the process including activities, roles and responsibilities, data and tool/software usage.
  • Collaborating with various business units, stakeholders, and team members to gather process information and requirements
  • Assessing existing business processes and drive process improvements by identifying areas for waste, redundancy or lack of clarification.
  • Designing efficient and effective business processes that meet the business needs and objectives
  • Assist in the successful deployment of the process changes to the business including communication, training and after deployment feedback.
  • Training and guiding staff members on new processes and procedures
  • Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of new processes and making adjustments as necessary
  • Maintain process models in a configuration control environment.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in helping to move business from a digital process environment to digitalizing all of business processes together within a enterprise-wide integrated state.
  • Ensuring all business processes comply with industry regulations and standards
SKILLS PREFERRED:  Business Analyst Prin
  • Experience with structured problem-solving techniques
  • Knowledge of technical requirements and systems relevant to Combat Vehicles
  • Knowledge of metrics related to Agile and use of them to report back to team members at all levels
  • 1+ years of Scrum/Agile management
  • In-depth knowledge of Engineering and/or manufacturing environments
  • Experience with project management
