As part of our ongoing global business transformation, we are seeking an experienced Business Application Analyst to help drive the optimization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across our organization. This an onsite role in our Fremont, CA facility.

This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in enterprise-wide ERP, CRM, and digital transformation projects while partnering with business leaders throughout the organization.

What You Will Do

As a Business Application Analyst, you will act as a functional expert and trusted advisor, owning the day-to-day administration, support, optimization, and continuous improvement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. The ideal candidate has prior experience as a consultant, functional lead, or application administrator and is comfortable operating in a post-go-live production environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as a functional subject matter expert and administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Manage daily application support activities, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and user requests.
• Provide first and second level functional support and coordinate third level support activities with partners and vendors.
• Manage application configuration, security roles, workflows, access controls, and system governance.
• Facilitate business requirement workshops for enhancements.
• Coordinate testing deployment activities for Microsoft updates, hotfixes, and new functionality.
• Develop and maintain operational documentations, support procedures and training materials.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 4-8 years of experience supporting Microsoft ERP solutions.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (FSCM), including configuration, troubleshooting, security administration, master data management, workflows, and operational support.
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Dual Write integration is an advantage.
• Experience supporting UAT, system deployments, and process improvements.
• Knowledge of integrations, data flows, security roles, and access management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with a Microsoft Dynamics partner, consulting organization, or system administrator.
• Required module experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Advanced Warehouse Management, Production Control & Master Planning.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps, Azure Service Bus, Power Platforms and Dual Write Integration.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
