Our client is seeking a Business Application Analyst – IFS ERP (IFS Generalist) to analyze, configure, and optimize their ERP environment while translating business requirements into scalable system solutions. This role offers hands-on opportunity to drive process improvements, support system enhancements, and collaborate across stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

- Analyze, document, and improve business processes within the IFS ERP environment

- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable system solutions

- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, process mapping, and workflow analysis sessions

- Configure, support, troubleshoot, and optimize IFS ERP modules and related applications

- Support ERP enhancements, upgrades, implementations, and process automation initiatives

- Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics using SQL and reporting tools

- Perform data analysis to identify operational improvements and business insights

- Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and process documentation

 

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience with IFS ERP systems and business application analysis

- Strong expertise in business process analysis and ERP configuration

- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting

- Experience with reporting tools and BI platforms for dashboard and KPI development

- Demonstrated ability in requirements gathering and stakeholder management

- Knowledge of system troubleshooting and integration between enterprise systems

- Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, and testing activities

- Strong communication and documentation skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
