The Business Intelligence Lead within our business applications team is responsible for driving the Global Support organizations business intelligence, telemetry, and analytics capabilities, enabling data-driven decision-making across the business. The role leads the delivery and evolution of telemetry, reporting, and insight solutions that provide leadership and service delivery team with accurate, actionable intelligence to measure performance, optimise operations, and inform strategic investment decisions.
Working collaboratively across Product Management, Engineering, Support Operations, Finance, vendors, and business stakeholders, the role transforms complex data into meaningful business insights, ensures effective governance of strategic initiatives, and delivers measurable business value through continuous improvement, portfolio management, and digital transformation.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree AND 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, telemetry, reporting solutions, analytics engineering, or technical program management, or equivalent experience.
Technical skills: 4+ years working in Business Intelligence & Analytics including:
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
Power BI (semantic models, dashboards, DAX, Power Query, data modelling)
Azure Data Explorer (Kusto / KQL) for telemetry
SQL Server / Azure SQL
Microsoft Fabric Data Warehouse, Lakehouse and ONeLake
Data visualization and storytelling best practices
Azure AI Foundry
AI-powered reporting and analytics
2+ years of experience managing and configuring artificial intelligence solutions in a telemetry environment.
Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600)
Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
Project management certification (e.g., Project Management Professional, Six Sigma).
