Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Applications Leader to drive the planning, execution, and management of our enterprise applications portfolio. This portfolio includes enterprise resource planning (ERP), industrial manufacturing applications, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and supporting applications such as WMS, EDI, finance, and supply chain platforms.
This role will lead the overall design and execution of our NetSuite ERP environment, ensuring it effectively supports business processes and organizational objectives. The position is responsible for strategic planning, leading implementation initiatives, and driving continuous improvement of ERP solutions to enhance data integrity, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong techno-functional background in ERP systems, project/program management expertise, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. This leader will align ERP capabilities with business needs, manage vendor relationships, and oversee support teams to ensure a stable and responsive application portfolio.
This is a hands-on, coach/player leadership role overseeing a lean internal applications team supported by consultants. Strong business analysis, requirements definition, and stakeholder management skills are critical.
The successful candidate will also stay current with emerging ERP trends, including embedded AI capabilities, while balancing cost management and prioritization of initiatives to deliver measurable business value from early-stage planning through execution.
