  • Monitor recurring issues, identify root causes, and recommend long-term corrective solutions.

  • Maintain system integrity through strong documentation, change control, and process discipline.

  • Configure, extend, and optimize Business Central to support evolving business requirements.

  • Assist with the design, testing, and maintenance of upgrade-safe Business Central extensions and customizations.

  • Create or modify reports, workflows, pages, queries, role centers, and related configurations.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external development partners on enhancements, issue resolution, and release coordination.

  • Contribute to technical documentation, test plans, release notes, and solution validation activities.

  • Support reporting needs using standard Business Central reporting tools and data structures.

  • Assist with integrations using APIs, OData, SOAP web services, and middleware solutions.

  • Gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable system solutions.

  • Participate in fit-gap analysis, solution design discussions, user acceptance testing, and deployment readiness activities.

  • Develop training materials, quick-reference guides, FAQs, and user documentation to improve adoption and consistency.

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve data quality, and streamline workflows.

What You Must Have

  • 5–7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience creating or modifying reports, workflows, pages, queries, and related Business Central configurations.

  • Familiarity with APIs, OData, SOAP web services, and integration methodologies.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
