Business Co-Op Summer 2027 (HR, Finance or Materials)

• Support day-to-day business activities and projects within an assigned functional area, which may include Sales, Human Resources, Materials, Finance, or other business functions.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, reporting, documentation, and other activities that support departmental and company objectives.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to gain exposure to business operations and how different functions work together within a manufacturing organization.
• Participate in projects and assignments that provide meaningful, hands-on experience while developing professional and business skills.

Academic Requirements

• Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Be pursuing a degree in a relevant field of study aligned with the available co-op/internship opportunity.
• Maintain a minimum 2.7 cumulative GPA after completion of the freshman year.
• Maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA beginning after the freshman year and for the remainder of participation in the program.
