The incumbent will manage a portfolio of business clients with annual revenues generally ranging from small businesses to mid-sized companies up to $15MM, delivering tailored lending, deposit, treasury, and cash management solutions. This individual will partner closely with retail branches and internal stakeholders to drive profitable growth, maintain strong credit quality, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and related credit documentation
  • Balance loan growth with strong credit quality and adherence to bank policy and regulatory standards
  • Monitor loan portfolios to ensure covenant compliance, accurate risk ratings, and early identification of credit issues
  • Identify and execute opportunities to cross-sell lending, deposit, treasury, and cash management products
  • Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and branch partnerships
  • Partner with retail branches and internal teams to deliver a cohesive client experience
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and term sheets; track activity in the CRM
  • Represent the Bank in the community.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred; or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum two (2) years of business banking or commercial banking experience with experience in credit analysis/underwriting
  • Knowledge of business and commercial banking products, services, and regulations
  • Strong credit analysis and underwriting skills, commensurate with role level
  • Proven sales, business development, and relationship management ability
  • Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, and ethical conduct
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Effective time management, organizational, and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
  • Proficiency with computers, office software, and banking systems

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
