Description: Senior Business Consultant - Benefits Tracking Top Daily Responsibilities: Benefit Realization Workstream: Works closely with Project Managers to understand projects and the impact on benefits.Identifies metrics and key performance indicators and actively reports and communicates to Revenue Management Leadership team.Analyzes highly-complex financial data and identifies trends in revenue cycle functions and integration of operations. Prepares dashboard of metrics and effectively communicates with Revenue Management leaders, and Project Managers.Develops and effectively documents standards and processes for identifying and reporting metrics.Supports the production and reporting of key revenue cycle measures, benchmarks and analytics that will promote overall revenue cycle efficiency, operational and financial optimization, and the patient experience.
