Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Business Consultant for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Remote). The ideal candidate with expertise in leading ServiceNow solution delivery, optimizing workflows, and translating complex business requirements into scalable business process solutions.

Rate Range: $45/Hour to $53/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Consultant Responsibilities include:

• Lead ServiceNow solution implementations and act as the functional lead for customer engagements.

• Translate business requirements into user stories, workflow designs, and system configurations.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and ServiceNow best practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver efficient workflow solutions that meet business objectives.

• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned across project teams.

• Support testing, user training, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives while leveraging AI-driven insights and automation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 6-8+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, implementation, or business process transformation.

• Strong expertise in designing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow workflows, with relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred.

• Experience leveraging AI-driven tools and automation to improve business processes, decision-making, and customer solutions.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $53.00 per hour
