To support our global expansion, we are looking for a skilled and dynamic Business Consultant to join our team.
How you will pave the way of your future with Bluerock
Join us as a Business Consultant to be at the heart of our Business Development strategy, working closely with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to convert prospects into satisfied customers. You will directly engage with small, medium and large size enterprises in multiple geographical areas, assisting them in their supply chain transformation.
How you can make an impact:
Assist in identifying the customer’s needs and key stakeholders in the purchasing process.
Drive RFI/RFP responses with a clear understanding of customer needs and the Bluerock TMS value proposition.
Your domain knowledge in logistics and transportation helps set to standard for solution-based sales within Bluerock.
Create and deliver supplementary presentation materials in support of customer-specific demonstrations. You will use the most modern tools to do so.
Effectively deliver product demos while emphasizing elements that are most aligned with the urgent needs of the customer.
Participate and promote Bluerock TMS in networking and marketing events.
Consistently drive the sales process which includes ensuring that key deliverables are delivered
Produce transition documentation for Professional Services, and participate in “Sales to Services” transition meetings to ensure proper handoff of newly won accounts to the deployment team.
What we are looking for
A self-driven, curious individual with relevant experience and training on performing best-in-class product demonstrations.
A genuine interest in turning AI and GenAI initiatives into new, more efficient ways of working and gearing them towards measurable business outcomes.
Experience in a business consultant or presales position within the supply chain management software industry
Someone with the domain knowledge and the ability to use AI tools to craft demos and narratives that resonate with stakeholders
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and time management skills
Not afraid to handle customer qualification calls to drive customer intake
Adaptability and strong initiative are required for success in this role
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, the ability fo build business cases and problem solving skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for new technologies
Proven experience in logistics operations or familiarity with logistics and supply chain software solutions (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP systems).
Ability and willingness to travel
