Requirements:- Proven experience as a Business Consultant with a focus on ServiceNow.
- Expertise in overall ServiceNow technology, specifically in US HCS - HCM
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow eBonding and its implementation.
- Strong proficiency in configuring and deploying solutions in Azure Cloud and Azure Government environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Superior communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Relevant certifications in ServiceNow and Azure (preferred).
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and processes.
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet client needs in US Healthcare & Life Science Management (HCS) and US Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow eBonding and its integration with client systems.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to align with client requirements.
- Implement solutions in Azure Cloud and Azure Government environments, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
- Ensure successful deployment and adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates and industry trends.
