to support our Finance, EPM, and enterprise application initiatives. This resource will work closely with business users, IT teams, implementation partners, AMS providers, and other stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, facilitate workshops, coordinate testing activities, track project deliverables, and support overall project execution.
The resource will be expected to independently coordinate assigned initiatives, manage action items, facilitate meetings, follow up with stakeholders, track project schedules, maintain project documentation, and proactively drive deliverables to completion with minimal supervision.
Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and Oracle EPM Cloud solutions (such as Planning, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, and related modules) would be beneficial. Exposure to Microsoft technologies, including Power BI, Azure, and related data and integration platforms, is also desirable. However, we are primarily looking for someone with strong business analysis, communication, coordination, problem solving, and organizational skills.
The resource should be comfortable working across multiple teams and departments, helping bridge business and technical discussions, coordinating with Infrastructure, Security, Data, Finance, vendors, and other Mazda teams to keep projects moving forward and ensure the successful delivery of business objectives. The resource should be capable of independently managing day to day project coordination activities with minimal supervision while keeping stakeholders informed of progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions.
Serve as the primary point of coordination for assigned Finance applications, EPM initiatives, and related technology projects.
Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements.
Coordinate with Finance, IT, Infrastructure, Security, Data, Reporting, vendors, and implementation partners.
Maintain project plans, action items, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), and project schedules.
Prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes, status reports, and project documentation.
Develop training materials and provide end user training for Finance applications, as needed.
Prepare, maintain, and update project, functional, technical, process, and operational documentation throughout the project lifecycle, AMS support.
Coordinate SIT, UAT, production readiness, deployment activities, and business validation.
Coordinate production support activities, issue triage, and resolution with the AMS provider and business stakeholders.
Coordinate change requests, release planning, production deployments, and implementation activities.
Maintain project documentation, process documentation, knowledge articles, and support documentation.
Support governance meetings, steering committee updates, and executive status reporting as needed.
Coordinate activities and follow ups with implementation partners, AMS providers, and third party vendors.
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively drive them to resolution.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across Finance applications and related technologies.
Assist with user communication, training coordination, and business readiness activities.
Perform other business analysis and project coordination activities as assigned.
