The Business Continuity Contractor will support the Risk & Compliance department by ensuring the effective management of business continuity plans and processes. This temporary role is based in New York and focuses on maintaining operational resilience within the financial services industry.

Description

• Develop and maintain business continuity plans and procedures.
• Coordinate and conduct business continuity testing and training.
• Support risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Document and report on business continuity activities and outcomes.
• Assist in the development of recovery strategies for critical business functions.
• Monitor and update policies to align with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support during incidents or disruptions.
