The Senior Business Continuity Associate will assist in ensuring the firm can respond quickly and efficiently, and resume operations after disruptions within expectations.Job ResponsibilitiesCreate, update, and maintain comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery planCreate, update, and maintain Business Impact Analysis, including identifying resources needed and identification of recovery time/point objectivesWork with stakeholders to ensure recovery strategies (e.g., geographical handoffs, work from home) are tested regularlyDeliver training programs to employees on business continuity requirementsWork with stakeholders, senior managers, and external partners to ensure alignment with firmwide BCP requirementsMinimum Qualifications (Required)3-5 years of business continuity experienceIn-depth understanding of business continuity/crisis management strategiesStrong project management and interpersonal skillsPreferred QualificationsB.A. or B.S. degree preferredConsulting experience preferredExperience in mass communication toolsAdditional Role Expectations24/7 availability for business continuity/crisis management support20-25% travel may be requiredAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
