The Business Controller is responsible for supporting financial planning, reporting and performance management across the North America Services organization. This role ensures accurate financial oversight, supports strategic decision-making, and drives cost control and profitability across the business. This position acts as a key partner to the Head of Business Finance and collaborates closely with operations, HR, HSQE, Business Development, and other functions to ensure alignment of financial and operational objectives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses strong analytical and business partnering skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights that support business performance. This role will require being in the office a minimum of 3 days week.

Anticipated base salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. RES offers benefits that are effective first day of the month after 30 days of employment. These benefits include the following:
