Job Description

The Business Coordinator will support key administrative and operational functions within the financial services sector. This role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tasks on an executive assistant level.

Client Details

This role is with a global bank with a headquarter office in NYC. This role will work closely with Business Managers, Product heads and senior leadership.

Description

  • Provide administrative support to senior staff, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support operational processes and assist in resolving administrative challenges.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.

Profile

A successful Business Coordinator should have:

  • 2-5 years of experience in executive support or administrative roles, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
