Title: Business Data Analyst I
Location:  Charlotte NC
Pay rate: $95.00 - 100/hour DOE
Duration:  6+Months (Possibility of extension)

• SQL (querying/analysis)
• BI tool proficiency (dashboard build/maintenance)
• Experimentation (hypothesis and test design, success metric definition, results analysis)
• Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• Business/analytical storytelling and presentation

 
Duties

• Partner with stakeholders to define, refine, and document key metrics and reporting logic for Front Door and AI initiatives
• Design experiments end-to-end — define hypotheses and success metrics, set up test structure, analyze results, and present recommendations
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting; troubleshoot data discrepancies stakeholder's flag
• Run ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to answer business questions and surface opportunities
• Gather requirements from stakeholders to prioritize and scope new reporting or analysis needs
• Document metric definitions, reporting logic, and experiment methodology so work stays consistent and repeatable across the team

 
Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.

Additional Information
Work is expected to be done in a hybrid schedule.
