The Business Data Analyst works closely with business lines to solve complex data and process improvement problems. Helps to define problem, data needs and definitions to make recommendations on a solution. Supports the delivery of tools that will scale and bring clarity to business line needs. Partners with Business Intelligence, Software Development teams and other business line analysts on solutions. This role requires a unique combination of skills: strong business acumen with a history of using data to solve business problems, deep analytical ability, a strategic and process improvement mindset as well as the ability translate data needs and encourage the use of data to guide decision making. This position acts as the subject matter expert responsible for analyzing business requirements and problems to recommend solutions, data requirements, and operational solutions, in partnership with stakeholder departments. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.

Business Data Analyst II - $36.52 - $54.78 per hour
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Spokane, WA. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
