Business Developement Business Development & Outreach Liaison

Job Summary: In keeping with John Knox Village’s goal of improving the lives of the residents we serve, the External Marketer/Liaison is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and analyzing the community relations marketing efforts, campaigns, and related events. The External Marketer/Liaison will establish professional relationships with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians’ practices, and the general community to develop awareness of the healthcare services that JKV provides to the community, generate new referrals to support JKV's census and quality mix goals, and ensure a smooth transition for JKV’s current and future residents. This exempt position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
