We’re hiring motivated Event Sales Representatives to support face-to-face campaigns for our nonprofit partners at pop-up events throughout the Miami area.
You’ll speak directly with the public, explain each campaign’s mission, and encourage supporter sign-ups. This is an active, customer-facing role with performance goals, hands-on training, and opportunities to develop your communication and leadership skills.
What You’ll Do
- Start conversations with members of the public at pop-up events
- Explain nonprofit campaigns clearly and encourage supporter sign-ups
- Work toward individual and team campaign goals
- Help set up booths, signage, and promotional materials
- Share customer feedback and results with your team leader
- Participate in daily briefings, training, and coaching
- Work alongside your team to improve your outreach approach
