About the role
You will join the Sales team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern / Apprentice.
You will play a key role in supporting our commercial growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers in the fashion and e-commerce ecosystem.
Your mission: generate high-quality opportunities, build strong relationships with prospects and partners, and contribute directly to Kleep AIs market expansion.
What you will do
Prospect & Engage
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, calls, or creative formats (e.g. video outreach).
- Identify and qualify strategic prospects within the fashion and e-commerce industry.
Qualify Leads & Understand Needs
- Research accounts and decision-makers to deeply understand their challenges.
- Demonstrate how Kleep AIs solutions can address their specific needs.
Schedule Meetings
- Book qualified meetings for the Sales team and feed the sales pipeline.
Collaboration with Sales
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and the sales team to refine messaging and strategy.
- Share feedback from the field to continuously improve our commercial approach.
Represent Kleep AI
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, or webinars.
- Monitor market trends and customer expectations in the fashion tech ecosystem.
Who you are

Previous experience in sales or prospecting is a plus, but not mandatory.
Languages: professional proficiency in English is required, with fluency in Italian.
Education: M1 / M2 level.
