Title: Business Developer - Licensing (Republic Brand Group)

Summary: IHL is looking for a Business Developer to join our Republic Brand Group team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized, proactive professional who excels at building licensee relationships and executing key licensing deals. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills and a background in supporting brand extensions and partnerships within the fashion and apparel sector.

Responsibilities:

Identifying, researching, and reaching out to potential licensing partners to expand the Republic Brand Group presence across new product categories. Nurturing and maintaining day-to-day relationships with current licensees, acting as a reliable point of contact for ongoing business needs. Working closely on executing licensing deals from the ground up, assisting with contract preparation, timeline tracking, and deal finalization. Maintaining highly organized records of active contracts, renewal timelines, royalty reports, and prospective client pipelines. Coordinating between licensees and internal Creative/Marketing teams to ensure all brand assets, compliance guidelines, and product approvals run smoothly. Tracking market trends and competitor licensing activity to spot new commercial opportunities.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or licensing support, preferably within the fashion, retail, or consumer goods sectors. Hands-on experience working on and executing brand licensing or partnership deals. Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple contract pipelines and operational timelines simultaneously. Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with licensing concepts, contract terminology, and tracking royalty structures. High attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and CRM software to keep data perfectly structured.

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000
