Express Employment Professionals is seeking an energetic, goal-driven Business Developer to join our Ardmore team. If you thrive on meeting new people, building relationships, and helping local businesses solve workforce challenges, we want to meet you!
As a Business Developer, you'll be responsible for growing our client base through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and face-to-face meetings while partnering with our recruiting team to deliver exceptional staffing solutions.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new business through cold calls, in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs.
- Present Express Employment Professionals' staffing and workforce solutions.
- Develop customized staffing proposals and close new business.
- Build long-term relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful placements and outstanding customer service.
- Meet and exceed weekly sales activity and revenue goals.
- Represent Express at community events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous B2B sales, business development, or staffing experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and conducting outside sales visits.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
