Lead agency education on product features, market placement, and effective selling techniques.Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Develop and execute cross‑selling and up‑selling strategies.Conduct market research and competitive analysis using advanced tools to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, providing insights that inform strategic decision‑making.May have responsibility for performance and coaching of staff and may have a participatory role in decisions regarding talent selection, development, and performance management for direct reports.Perform other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsExperienceGenerally, a minimum of 3+ years of experience in strategic business development, marketing, or a related role. Completion of or continuing progress toward certifications such as Associate in Underwriting (AU), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Program in General Insurance (INS), or Associate of Risk Management (ARM) preferred.Scope of Job / QualificationsAdvanced understanding of agency dynamics, marketing, underwriting, and risk management. Demonstrates excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships. Proficiency in interpreting complex competitive data and industry trends. Ensures compliance with insurance laws and regulations, applying underwriting rules, guidelines, and rating manual standards. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions. Demonstrated decision‑making ability and customer‑centric mindset.
