Business Development: Administrative Associate - Business Development An ideal candidate for our Administrative Associate - Business Development department is an individual who is detail oriented, self-motivated with a high level of administrative experience, possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, is a team player, and performs productively in a fast-paced work environment.Job Description:Support the department with organization, calendar and event managementAssist in the preparation of quotes, contracts, and agreementsMaintain business development leads and client informationAssist in study initiation activities to ensure a smooth transition from the business development team to the clinical services teamImplement routine follow-ups on all outstanding proposals and amendmentsMaintain paper and electronic files of contracts, CDAs, and quotesCore Requirements:Bachelor's degree or 3 years demonstrated administrative experienceExpert level knowledge with Microsoft OfficeDemonstrated experience with Dynamics 365Solid communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with clientsExcellent administrative and organizational skillsDetail oriented and works well within a team environmentExperience assisting in Business Development efforts would be advantageousCanfield Scientific, Inc. is a core imaging lab providing custom photographic systems, image monitoring, and centralized analysis services for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and cosmetics industries supporting global clinical trials providing primary endpoint data and supporting documentation.
