JOB TITLE: Business Development - Aerospace Manufacturing (Remote/Hybrid)LOCATION: REMOTE/HYBRID, OKPAY RATE: $140K-200K/yearJob DetailsJob Type: Contract (Long Term)Annual merit: increases (3% 6%)Quarterly bonuses: (up to 3x factor)Industry: Aerospace / Defense / AviationBenefits: Medical, dental, and vision (Cigna)Perks: Bonus potential + Priority access via Tier 1 supplierSummaryDevelops and executes strategic and tactical sales plans for composite and metal bond new manufacturing and repair in aerospace (commercial and defense).Spend approx 50% time traveling (including limited international travel) and 50% onsite in office.Generates business opportunities with new and existing customer base focusing on long-term contiguous production work statements.Generates constant flow of RFQs and RFPs for sales pipeline and supports estimating activities with customer follow-up.Establishes three-year strategic and tactical plan and forecast for sales goals with year-over-year growth.Develops customer-specific PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials.Develops Capture Plans for strategic or target programs, part numbers, and customers.Represents business at trade association meetings to promote products and services.Leads sales process including collaborative work with multiple departments to focus on core competency programs and parts.Keeps current on industry intel, new programs, customer news, new technology, new requirements, and aircraft platform rates.Supports proposal write-ups including Executive Summary, Cost Volume, Management Volume, and Technical Volume.RequirementsMust be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).Minimum high school degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred).Must be able to come onsite regularly in Tulsa OK (e.g., come onsite for a week bi-monthly or monthly).Minimum 10 years of sales experience in aerospace manufacturing industry.Strong technical knowledge of both helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft.Experience in composite and metal bonded parts manufacturing and repair.Ability to answer technical questions related to manufacturing processes, major equipment, tooling, qualifications, certifications, contract requirements, ERP, and CAD software.Familiarity with government and industry regulations including FARs, DFARs, FAA, SAM, and JCP.Experience supporting customer activities including contract review, customer complaints, returns, warranties, and NOEs.Experience supporting CI, 6S, safety, management of change, and trade compliance activities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
