RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities

  • Make 100–150 outbound phone calls per day
  • Contact consumers from pre-loaded call lists (no cold list building)
  • Follow proven BDC scripts and word tracksQualify vehicle sellers and collect basic vehicle information
  • Set appraisal or buy-appointment times for the acquisition team
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally
  • Log all call activity accurately in the CRM
  • Complete follow-up calls to maximize contact rate
