Mazda & Kia of Fargo is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Business Development Representative (BDC Specialist) to join our growing team. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to internet, phone, text, and chat inquiries from prospective customers
  • Schedule appointments for customers with the sales team
  • Follow up with leads using phone, email, and text messaging
  • Build rapport and provide an outstanding customer experience during every interaction
  • Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and activity goals
  • Assist with outbound customer follow-up campaigns
  • Represent the dealership with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity

 

 

Qualifications

  • Previous sales, customer service, call center, hospitality, or retail experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and multiple communication platforms
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
