Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and execute business development and marketing strategies aligned with firm objectives.
- Conduct market, client, prospect, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist with revenue-generating initiatives, including pitches, proposals, and capability statements.
- Partner with lawyers and stakeholders to develop and promote business development initiatives.
- Organize and support client events, seminars, conferences, sponsorships, and other marketing activities.
- Coordinate marketing communications projects, including award and directory submissions.
- Create and distribute thought leadership and other marketing content.

The Successful Applicant
Successful Candidate:
- Previous business development and marketing experience within a professional services environment, ideally a law firm.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of legal market trends and client development strategies.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with partners and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional presence.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable supporting business development initiatives, pitches, client events, marketing campaigns, and thought leadership efforts.
