As a Business Development & Operations Intern, youll contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of aerospace.

This position contributes to our vision by:

Assist Project and Program Managers with day-to-day coordination of project activities.

Support project planning, action item logs, and meetings documentation.

Help in the preparation of program reviews, project status reports, presentations, and dashboards for customers and internal stakeholders.

Assist with market research and competitive analysis to identify potential customers, markets, and growth opportunities.

Support lead generation activities, including CRM updates, cold calls, pipeline tracking, and customer data analysis.

Help prepare customer-facing materials such as presentations, capability briefs, and executive summaries.

Support in the coordination of internal inputs for proposals, bids, and RFQs in partnership with Sales, Finance, Contracts, and Engineering teams.

Participate in internal sales meetings and take notes, track action items, and follow up on assigned tasks.

Support customer relationship activities, including meeting preparation and post-meeting documentation.

Assist with trade show and industry event preparation, logistics, and follow-up activities.

Education Requirements:

Junior or Senior currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a four-year college or university or in a masters program with a preferred course of study in Business or related field.

Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions and in support of group and company objectives; demonstrated ability to bring new solutions to complex issues.

Problem Solving, root cause analysis and corrective action.

Strong communication and relationship management including teamwork, credibility, customer service, community relations, and interpersonal skills working across the organization with various levels of individuals.
