The Director of Business Development - Skilled Nursing role leads business development efforts for PharMerica Silled Nursing by driving customer acquisition strategies in the Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing market and advancing growth within this segment. Working under the Vice President, the position partners with cross‑functional teams to roll-out growth initiatives, execute sales plans, and support the organization's broader revenue objectives.
The strongest candidates bring B2B sales experience along with a background in Skilled Nursing or Long‑Term Care. Deep industry insight, proven sales strategy skills, and the ability to communicate confidently with executive‑level leaders are essential.
This is a remote position with 50-75% travel.
