About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team in the energy sector. In this role, you will contribute to generating qualified commercial opportunities, identifying target companies and decision-makers, developing personalized outreach, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries and markets.
• Research prospective customers, distributors, strategic partners, and infrastructure organizations.
• Use LinkedIn/Sales Navigator and other channels for targeted, personalized prospecting.
• Conduct market and company research to identify emerging opportunities and power-related challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, public relations, international business, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in business development, B2B prospecting, sales development, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated success using LinkedIn for professional prospecting and relationship development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience.
• CRM and prospecting database experience.
• Experience working with corporations, developers, distributors, or infrastructure operators.
• Background in energy, clean technology, or sustainability.
